Every order is tracked and packaged for a valuable item. Here's what it costs and how long it takes.

Within Australia

• Standard tracked — free on every order. No minimum spend, every state and territory, metro and regional.
• Express — $15 AUD, tracked.

International

We ship worldwide. International standard shipping starts at $25 AUD, with the exact rate for your destination calculated at checkout before you pay. Some pieces ship directly from our supply partners and are quoted per order at checkout.

Duties and taxes. Your country may charge import duty or GST/VAT on arrival. Unless checkout shows those charges as collected, they are payable by you to your local customs authority before delivery. This is standard for international orders and outside our control — email us before ordering and we'll help you estimate it.

How long before it ships

• In-stock jewellery, antiques and silverware — 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order moissanite and lab-grown diamond — 8–14 days
• Custom and bespoke commissions — 2–4 weeks, confirmed with you before you order

Dispatch time is how long before your parcel leaves us. Transit time is on top of that and depends where you are. A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships. We dispatch Monday to Friday; orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin their dispatch window the next business day.

Buying for a specific date?

Tell us. Put the date in your order notes or email us straight after ordering, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable and prioritise it where we can. For a made-to-order engagement ring with a fixed date, allow six to eight weeks — that covers making, delivery and any resizing afterwards.

Packaging

Everything arrives in a Giulia's Secret gift box, ready to give. Parcels are sent in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents — for security, and so a surprise stays a surprise. If it's a gift and you'd like the invoice left out, say so in the order notes.

If something goes wrong

• Tracking hasn't moved for several days: email us. We'll chase the carrier — you shouldn't have to.
• Marked delivered but not there: check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
• Arrived damaged: photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further, and email us the same day.
• Wrong item: contact us and don't wear it. We cover return postage and send the right piece.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. See Returns & Refunds for full terms, and Warranty & Care for your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
