Giulia's Secret is an Australian jewellery and antique silver retailer based in Western Sydney, NSW, founded by Sandro Tarazi, a graduate in Jewellery Science and Technology from Milano Bicocca University. It sells solid 9K–18K gold, natural and lab-grown diamonds, 925 sterling silver, and hallmarked antique silver and silverware.

Every masterpiece needs a muse. For founder Sandro Tarazi, that muse is his daughter, Giulia.

Giulia's Secret was born out of a father's love and a desire to build a lasting family legacy. Naming the brand after his daughter serves as a daily reminder that the pieces we design and curate today are meant to become the cherished heirlooms of tomorrow.

A trained jeweller with a degree in Jewellery Science and Technology from Milano Bicocca University, Sandro believes jewellery is far more than mere adornment. To him, it is “the technology of enchantment”—a personal talisman rich with meaning, emotion, and memory.

Drawing from a deep appreciation for antique jewellery, as well as European and Middle Eastern design traditions, Sandro brings an expert eye to every detail. Whether it is a custom-designed moissanite ring or a magnificent, hand-carved fine silver antique, every piece in the Giulia's Secret collection is chosen with this philosophy at heart.

What the training actually means for you

A degree in jewellery science is not a marketing line. It's why every listing on this site states the exact metal purity, stone type, carat weight, colour and clarity — and why you will not find vague language like “diamond-look” or “precious metal” anywhere in our catalogue. If a stone is moissanite, the listing says moissanite. If gold is 9K, the listing says 9K, not simply “gold”.

On the antique side it means the hallmarks are read by hand before a piece is listed — maker, standard, assay office and date letter — and photographed where they're legible, so you can check them against a reference table yourself rather than taking our word for it. Edinburgh 1898. Birmingham 1923. Victorian London. The marks are the evidence.
