Shipping & Delivery
Everything we send is tracked and packaged for a valuable item. Here's what it costs and how long it takes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Free tracked shipping applies Australia-wide — every state and territory, metro and regional, with no minimum spend.
International
We ship worldwide. International standard shipping starts at $25 AUD, with the exact rate for your country calculated at checkout before you pay. Some pieces ship directly from our supply partners and are quoted at checkout on a per-order basis.
Duties and taxes. Your country may charge import duty or GST/VAT on arrival. Unless the checkout shows those charges as collected, they are payable by you to your local customs authority before delivery. This is standard for international orders and is outside our control — if you'd like an estimate for your country before ordering, email us and we'll help.
If you're outside Australia and want a firm answer on cost, timing or insurance before you commit, ask us first. Email sales@giuliasecret.com — we'd rather spend five minutes getting it right than have you guess.
How long before it ships

Dispatch time is how long before your parcel leaves us. Transit time is on top of that and depends where you are — typically a few days within Australia, longer internationally. Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start their dispatch window the next business day.
Buying for a specific date?
Tell us. If there's a proposal, a birthday or an anniversary attached to your order, put the date in the order notes or email us straight after ordering, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable and prioritise it where we can.
For a made-to-order engagement ring with a fixed date, allow six to eight weeks to be comfortable — that covers making, delivery and any resizing afterwards. The most common mistake we see is leaving three weeks and then compromising on the ring to hit the date.
Packaging
Everything arrives in a Giulia's Secret gift box, ready to give. Parcels are sent in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents — both for security and so a surprise stays a surprise. If it's a gift and you'd like the invoice left out, say so in the order notes.
If something goes wrong
- Tracking hasn't moved for several days: email us. We'll chase the carrier — you shouldn't have to.
- Parcel shows delivered but isn't there: check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier.
- Arrived damaged: photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further, and email us the same day.
- Wrong item: contact us and don't wear it. We'll cover return postage and send the right piece.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out on our Warranty & Care page. Our returns policy is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
If a ring doesn't fit, talk to us before starting a return — an exchange for the right size is usually simpler for everyone. Our Ring Size Guide will help you work out which size to ask for.
