🔒 Use of the Giulia Secret Site – Warranty Policy

The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under applicable laws relating to the goods covered by this warranty. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

🛠️ Warranty Terms

This warranty applies only to Giulia Secret products purchased from an authorised online retailer.
To make a claim, proof of purchase is required.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur within one year from the original purchase date.

Giulia Secret will repair or replace any defective product with one of equal value at the time of the claim, within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You will not be charged for the replacement product or labour costs associated with the repair.

  • However, you are responsible for covering the shipping and insurance costs during transit.

📦 How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Return the defective product to the retailer where it was originally purchased, along with proof of purchase.

  2. If returning the item by post, please use registered mail and insure the package against loss, damage, or theft during shipping.

If you are entitled to make a claim under this warranty and have incurred authorised labour costs directly related to the repair or replacement of the defective product, please email your receipt as proof of payment to the address below.

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear

  • Products not purchased from an authorised retailer

  • Any loss or damage to products that occurs during transit

Giulia Secret is not liable for any product that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
