Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning any item, please contact Giulia Secret (via our online customer service team or email) and include your Order Number and the reason for the return to receive authorisation by email.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
