To ensure you can shop with absolute confidence, we offer the following guarantees:

1. 12-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

All of our gold, sterling silver, and men's jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a structural fault occurs within your first year of wear due to a manufacturing defect (such as porosity in the metal or a flawed setting), we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

2. Lifetime Moissanite & Lab Diamond Guarantee

We source only the highest quality stones for our custom engagement rings and tennis bracelets. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on the optical properties of all moissanite and lab-grown diamonds. We guarantee that your stones will never lose their fire, luster, or brilliance.

3. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Our moissanite and lab diamond pieces are custom-designed specifically for you, which requires an 8–14 day crafting period before delivery. Because these pieces are made to order to your exact specifications, we guarantee the metal purity and stone authenticity upon arrival.

4. The Heritage Collection: Fine Silverware & Antiques

Our Pure 999 Fine Silver handcrafted jars, teapots, and master cups are highly specialized heirloom items. Due to the delicate, hand-hammered and repoussé nature of these antiques, they require specific care. We guarantee the 999 fine silver purity and structural integrity of these items upon delivery. Please note: Tarnish is a natural property of pure silver and is not considered a defect.

What is NOT Covered by Our Warranty

Fine jewelry is not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidental trauma, normal wear and tear, or improper care. Examples of issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

1-Discoloration or fading of precious metals caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, swimming pools, or hot tubs.

2-Prongs or claws that get caught, bent, or worn down over time due to everyday wear, which allows a stone to fall out.

3-Chipped or broken gemstones caused by hitting a hard surface.

4-Fine chain breakages due to being caught, pulled, or stretched.

Important: If another jeweler performs any repair, resizing, or alteration work on an item purchased from Giulia's Secret, this warranty instantly becomes null and void.
